Great price. Beautiful sound . Good quality. My husband assembled it in about 30 minutes.
After only having it a short time it will not turn on. There are no phone numbers to reach the company and no one responds to the email address on the manual.
This is why I changed my review to 1 star. Amazon should check the companies that are selling on their site.

Early Christmas present for my wife and she is learning to play daily with a huge smile

I am impressed with the quality of the item. It came with a screwdriver, directions/booklet with the different features and stickers for the keys (wish I would’ve know- I had bought my own). The legs of the stand are not wood, they are metal which is what I love most, it’s very stable.
I have two issues:
– The last five or so keys; they have this electronic gargle noise. I tried to catch it in a recording, but I can’t seem to hear it in the video. 🤷♀️
– When turning down the volume, it goes from low to off without the sound decreasing; so you have to adjust slowly or you could be turning off the sound entirely.
I did buy the bench, as well. It feels a little flimsy, but the description states it can hold up to 330 lbs. The bench is comfortable, though.

This was for my son on his first Christmas in his new and first apartment. He is an avid pianist and loves the instrument. Takes up little space and sounds great. Adds a touch of class to any decor

simple modern design that looks fantastic in my living room. above average quality for user assembled furniture. Also assembly is quick and easy. it makes 650 different sounds though i only use the piano sound myself.

I have a music room with the classic black keyboards on racks and stands withe giant speakers. I own Roland, Yamaha, and Korg Keyboards. This is one I can put in my front room and it doesn’t turn the room into a music room. As far as the sounds, they are not bad, and no need for external speakers, just headphones or the internal ones are stereo and have a full rich decent sound. I wished someone would upload the keyboard in action. I just don’t have time to make videos right now. I will say this, I have done some videos of a flute I bought here, and so I know how, but I just have not done one for this, and I meant to. The keyboard is one of the better sounding digital pianos I have. Like I said I have a Casio, Roland, and Yamaha digital pianos. This one does beat them all. So take that for what it is worth. I also love the added piano bench that is just a classic and looks great. This is all real wood too. Costs much less than a Donner and there are more toys under the hood including another 600 sounds and effects and layering that can be done, and I have done it. Tricky to use those, but read the manual, and you will figure it out…

The best for apartment use. You can control the volume and gives you the same feeling as a standard piano

Fantastic quality of piano. Very sturdy and classic looking. No issues at all and we are very pleased with the weight of the keys and quality of sound

I received a defective product: the volume is at max and cannot be adjusted and the metronome does not turn off. After reviewing the other reviews I’m not the only person who’s had this issue. Buyer beware

We bought this for our kids for Christmas, who are learning piano. And, let’s be honest, buying something with a headphone port was a gift for us as well.
Unfortunately, the piano was delivered by UPS to the wrong address and was never recovered. Amazon refunded us. We tried to buy a replacement, but the sellers here never shipped it (I’m guessing they had to eat the cost of the one that didn’t arrive and maybe they thought we were running a con on them), so we canceled and had a family member buy the unit instead so it would arrive by Christmas.
While no one will mistake it live for an acoustic piano, it has a full, quality, polyphonic sound. The weights and sound dynamics are very good.
There are *two* headphone ports (underneath, on the left), which is great for sharing! We bought headphones and a stick-on headphone holder (pictured in photo) so the kids can play anytime, even when the other one is on our real piano in another room.
There is a large power brick, but I used adhesive-backed velcro and some bread ties to hide the brick underneath and make the cables a bit neater. If I were to suggest improvements, they would be an internal power supply and either switching to a standard cord type for the pedals (so it can be replaced) or shipping it with a white cable so it blends in better.
The device has **hundreds** of voices (instruments), including full drum kits, plenty of piano and keyboard and organ and bell sounds, and lots of miscellaneous instruments. With that many instruments, there are many that sound very similar.
It also has a ton of built-in “demo” songs, the ability to split the keyboard so two people can play in the same registers, record/playback, and other features.
On the back side, there’s a MIDI port (USB B-type, not the old-school DIN plug), and line-level 1/4″ in and out. Not sure what the line in is for.
The stool is smaller than a piano stool, but sturdy. I do worry about the pleather fabric falling apart, most furniture we’ve bought has done so, but it looks like we could recover it fairly easily. As expected, there’s storage inside the seat for your sheet music, etc.
Overall, we’re very happy with this purchase. It fits right in with our decor, sounds good, plays well, and has more features than promised.

Looks and sounds great snd I love the modern design fits beautifully with any decor ❤️

Easy to assemble. Very straightforward and simple. No missing parts. No damage on delivery.
User Friendly. Good sound for a low cost Keyboard in my opinion. Like the USB PORT that’s accessible vs hiding behind or under it. Great for the Beginner; or even for someone like me who has been playing for 60 years. I play for our Churches Praise Band on a Korg Grandstage.
Only thing is the Music Stand is short, so you’ll need to use something behind it. Other than that. Worked great!!
