Used the first device for my wife’s computer (new Win11 desktop); no setup was necessary and it works like a charm. Used the second device for my computer (also new Win11 desktop); first the computer saw it as a thumb drive; went to open the “drive” and it ran a utility that supposedly configured the drive for the computer; now it no longer sees a separate thumb drive but also doesn’t recognize the device as a network USB. I can’t send back for exchange because I didn’t keep the packaging when the first one worked (stupid me). Not pleased but oh well.

Es el segundo módulo WiFi que adquiero de esta marca, y sigo muy satisfecho con el producto.
Es fácil de instalar (los drivers vienen incluidos dentro del propio hardware) y el rendimiento es excelente. Tal vez le falta un poco de alcance, pero es lógico tomando en cuenta el diseño discreto del dispositivo, así como su bajo costo.
Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Estou usando já tem um bom tempo, ele entrega uma boa velocidade em relação ao custo e o mais bacana é a qualidade do produto em si que trás uma boa durabilidade, nos testes de velocidade ele conseguiu entregar algo entorno de 140 de download e 200 de upload, isso numa distância mediana com paredes já que uso no quarto e o roteador fica na sala, minha internet é 500mb de download e upload e apartir disso parece pouco o que de fato chega, mas é comum adptadores de rede não entregarem de fato uma alta quantidade de mbs nessa faixa de preço, então ainda sim acredito que compense se você precisa de um adaptador que entregue uma quantidade razoável de megas e que tenha uma boa durabilidade, a marca ugreen é bem confiável.

Arrived early, always nice 🙂 – easy to install as you just plug it in. drivers are already there. bandwidth speeds are as advertised both on 2.4ghz and 5ghz.
For anyone not getting high speeds, I found that the default/factory device ‘Wireless Mode’ was set to 801.11a/b on 2.4ghz. So you need to go into Control Panel, Device Manager, Network Adapter, then double-click on your USB network device to bring up the General Properties tab, go to Advanced and click on Wireless Mode, click on the Value drop-down menu and set your USB device to 801.11a/n/ac – it should be able to get the highest speed available from your router/ISP.
Don’t play games online so I don’t know if it lags but fast.com gives Latency as 2ms (unloaded) and 15ms (loaded). Upload and download speeds were equal and met 801.11ac standards.
Good value. I’d buy it again.

My local IT guy suggested this product to help with intermittent Internet access issues – e.g. when my PC went into sleep mode, upon wakeup my wireless Internet access sometimes didn’t come back and I had to reboot and re-start all of my apps, web pages, etc. Seems like this product has eliminated that problem. And it was shipped to me very quickly.

I bought one to try on my laptop and it worked so well I bought another for my husband’s laptop. The drivers were easy to install but the directions to access the wifi once the drivers were installed were a bit vague. However, when I realized it created a new wifi network I was able to access the 5G network right away. The only glitch is that there seems to be a lag in connecting to 5G when first booting up. .small inconvenience when compared to the value for price of this item.
