For the price it’s not a bad system. The instruction booklet is a nightmare and extremely confusing however. I had to go back to default settings several times because every thing got so messed up. After three weeks of frustration I’ve got it mostly figured out. I think they tried to cram too much stuff into the system. Good luck is you buy this for mostly basic use.

I’ve been using this Panasonic KX-TGF352N Corded/Cordless Phone System for almost two years, and it’s been working perfectly. The clear sound and the clip on the cordless handset are very convenient. The corded base is perfect for those moments when you don’t want to chase after the cordless phone. The speaker and regular call quality are excellent. The answering machine works well, and the overall functionality is simple and user-friendly. I even bought an additional handset after losing one (oops!). Very happy with this purchase!

Purchased in July, therefore under warranty. In September, sound quality became so poor, neither phone calls nor answer machine recordings could be understood. The phone line for customer service is always busy and, when trying chat, was transferred to some outfit who , first of all, wanted money (maybe refundable, they said).
I have gone back to my 20 year old AT&T phones. The sound quality is excellent and I shall never buy another Panasonic product.

Funciona super bien, se escucha claro y no lástima. Quizá hubiera comprado un modelo con más funciones de haberme fijado bien, pero este es una excelente opción.
Lo único que no me gusta es que necesita estar conectado siempre. Aunque el teléfono principal sí funciona sin luz, pero entonces el identificador de llamadas y la extensión ya no funciona. El teléfono principal no lleva baterías, sólo se puede conectar a la corriente.

Got this system to replace an older Panasonic system I purchased like 10 years ago. On the old system retrieving messages were simple and one button press to delete message while listening or when it was done. These units have you go through three screens to get to the delete current message and usually if you wait for the message to end it is too late to delete. Getting to all the different options if just so many more key presses than before!!!
Access code function does not work, at least for me. Tried from another land line and cell phone – does nothing.
Sound quality is just terrible in the handsets. So garbled you can’t really understand.
I missed my return window by 2 days!!!! Goodwill it goes. I just put my older system back in and all is well – will just put new batteries in them (the ones still hold a charge good enough for at least 1 hour talk) so they will last much longer.
So, if you get, test really well so you don’t pass the return window.

This is a nice phone/answering machine combo with clean design. The base unit and the wireless handsets do not have a lot of buttons to press. In particular, the large red “Call Block” button is a nice touch. Most functions are carried out via the Menu system. But then, there are downsides to this style. First of all, keep in mind that the rectangle display window is not a touch screen. In general, working through the Menu system is rather awkward and tedious. Also, users must use the wireless handset in order to set Date/Time on the base unit. It can’t be done directly on the base unit. In addition, the maker of this device should have included a “Home” option or something in the menu system to allow users to jump directly to the initial menu function without having to take several steps back repeatedly. Users of this device should read the included manual very thoroughly. Overall, the sound quality is good on both ends. But I’ve been told that the pre-recorded message with British accent on the answering machine is rather disgusting. Actually, I like it because it could keep spammers away. In sum, most users might like this machine once they have mastered all the quirks over time. I think the price I paid was not bad, but it could be better.

I like NOTHING about this phone! “0” stars. Handbook difficult to read & understand. Ring is too soft even on supposedly loudest volume & effecting ring of my cordless phone! Can barely hear my cordless now. Weird!!. Volume on answering machine is also too soft & fuzzy making it difficult to hear & understand. Can’t figure out how to delete incoming call list & messages. If I get it to do something it’s hit & miss & can’t do it again! I got it to delete message 1, for example, so it said, but it kept repeating only that message & didn’t repeat the other 2 messages! I do not like the sound of the ring or voice on answers machine, but could live with those if the other functions worked. Nothing works!! I heard that Panasonic was a good brand & bought this phone because it also came with a cordless phone, which I could have used, at a good price. I had a very old landline AT&T with only an answering machine which is only what I really need because my cordless phones have the other functions. Great phone. I am going to get another AT&T & hope that Amazon lets me wait until I get the AT&T before returning the Panasonic because I can’t be without an answering machine. They most likely will. I have been so happy with everything about Amazon.

The system can replace the PBX system I’m using. The intercom feature is useful. Can only expand up to 4 handsets. Will perfectly fit my use if it can be expanded to 6 handsets. The sound is clear.

This is the first time we had to return a “used” item. Cordless handset was scuffed and batteries looked very old. Put them in and put the phone on the charger, it says insert batteries. They were inserted right. We tried two aaa’s as we know that would work in a pinch, handset said the same thing. So had to return this item. It clearly wasn’t checked at all.
