I ordered this tent for our out of state glaciers camping trip. When we set up the tent we noticed it’s missing a metal cover at one end of the pole. See comparison photos attached. We couldn’t stable the tent cuz it’s a bit shorter at one corner. The ring kept blobbing up and down. So, we ended up using 3 metal hook to stable that end. The rain cover was super small as it’s useless, cuz it rain at night the tent was wet and became super cold in the morning. I wish to rate no star for this product! Definitely, want a refund for this defective item.

I liked that it was quick and easy to set up. It is great for mild weather and packs up small. I didnt like the weight of the material it was noisier than I would have liked when the wind kicked up.

I back pack a lot and used to much smaller tents. I recently got a jeep and now car camp with my dog. Getting older I wanted a comfortable tent I could stand up in and have room for my dog, gear, air mattress and guests. I was originally going to get a Gazelle but saw this Vevor and for the price thought I’d give it a try. This tent is huge, went up in 10 minutes and seems very well built, and the zippers hardly snag on the edges! For the price you can’t beat it. Note; Because it is so roomy, with plenty of ventilation, needed for my Mr. Buddy heater, it could not keep this huge/+6′ tall 4-Season tent warm in 30* temperature nights.

I was surprised when we got this tent in. It came packaged in a small bag. When I opened the bag this 3 man tent is amazingly large the color green is what we got and is really nice. Made from great parachute material and comes with the foldable rods and a top to cover for when it rains. The top also extends out a bit so it is kind of like a small porch for the door. It’s is marked at a great price and I would highly recommend this tent to anyone wanting to go camping and is unsure about this tent! I say get it and enjoy it like we do!

**Updated September 2024 – I had worked with Vevor Customer Service and they ended up sending me a brand new 6p tent due to the issues (late last season). Utilized it for the first time again Labor Day Weekend 2024 and encountered a thunderstorm the first evening with moderate to heavy rain. The new tent still leaked on two sides by the pockets and this time all along the doorway, pretty large puddles of water inside of it. There is no way this is 3000mm of water protection. I would recommend use of this tent in dry weather camping only as it’s spacious and has good air flow for hot days, but if there is rain in the forecast wouldn’t recommend.
I purchased the Vevor 6 Person Cabin Tent to upgrade from a smaller tent we were utilizing for camping. The tent is very spacious and has plenty of room for the two of us and a number of items to include a large box fan, clothes bags, cooler etc. Ventilation is great between all of the windows, large door, upper and lower vents. Our first camping trip with this tent had a few record temperature days (98-100 degrees) and we didn’t roast too bad in it at night once temps cooled down to (75-80 degrees) due to the ventilation and box fan we had on hand. During the trip we also observed wind gusts most of the days between 10-20MPH and this tent had no problem remaining sturdy.
The rain fly covers the top mesh, however does have a flaw in my opinion with the tie downs that are supposed to attached to the four poles that support the roof (see pics). We did rotate the fly 180 degrees to be sure it wasn’t an installation issue and it wasn’t, it’s the placement of the ties. This during windy conditions (such as we observed) can cause the fly to bulge up which can let in dust and potentially rain (we didn’t experience any during our trip, but I rain tested this the next weekend in my backyard) if you are in a storm with higher winds/rain. I’ve been working with Vevor support on this and haven’t received a resolution to this as of yet, but will update my review if/when I do.
From a weather resistance standpoint, overall if faired okay to pretty well when I tested it this past weekend in some light to moderate rain (little to no wind, just rain). When you look around the tent everything appears to be seam sealed quite well for a tent at this price, which includes nearly every (or every) seam in the tent. You do have to be careful when you open the door as it can flap inward causing water to drip on the floor. The tent was bone dry with the exception of two areas; the two storage pockets that attach to each side of the tent were soaked and water was dripping down to the floor causing pooling (see pics). The rest of the tent was bone dry (I did lay a ground tarp for a footprint 8×10 as I always do). I’ll be contacting support with this issue as well, but I’m guessing a bit of additional seam sealer in these two areas on the inside and out will correct the issue.
Overall, the tent seems durable, provides decent weather resistance for the price point (minus the storage pocket leaks and tie down issues) and very roomy. Setup is easy with just two roof poles and 4 corner poles. I’m going to continue my rain test over the next day or so to be sure on it’s durability there. Vevor customer service has been very responsive to date, so I’ll update my review as I learn more on the issues I noted. I debated on what type of star rating to give this tent and settled at a 3 for now.

Initiation au camping avec un enfant…expérience catastrophique. Cette tente n’est pas du tout imperméable!!! À éviter
