I’ve had it in the shower many times and it still works and hold charge amazing!! The charge will last about 2 days and personally me and my boyfriend absolutely love our bracelets!! I got a warranty with them which is amazing and they will cover almost any damage!! :)) I love being able to tap my bracelet and know he’s thinking about me too while I’m at work since I can’t be on my phone :))

Bracelets are slightly laggy and the touch response leaves more to be desired, but the app interface is user-friendly and pairs well with the bracelets. The concept as a whole is a great idea, I just think they’re overpriced for what you’re actually receiving.

The bracelet are extremely comfortable to wear, but getting them in my experience is a little tricky takes about a min or so for me to get it on I just haven’t mastered it yet. It’s customizable from the color you choose for your light to be to the messages you send back and forth. The set up took maybe 2 mins. I don’t like but also don’t mind the fact that you have to be right by your phone in order for it to work and that you have to constantly have an app running in order for it to work, but the app doesn’t drain my battery to bad from what I have seen. The actual battery of the bracelet last awhile I haven’t charged mine in 2 days and it is still at 70 percent. The fit is customizable due to its Apple Watch like band. But it hurts pushing the peg into the hole in order for it to fit (not a lot by any means but never the less hurts). I like the product over all I think it has good quality and you get a good value for your money just have a few things I wish was different

First, we bought the product as a pair and only one could charge which was after leaving it on the power for several hours without any sign of charging. The gadgets were flimsily made, cheap material through and through, not very good looking and not comfortable to wear. Very questionable quality and the touch function was just very different to get around. The touch wasn’t very responsive, you had to insistently put effort to get any feedback which made it even less appealing to use. There’s no reason to even get this product since it purports to solve the problem of being apart from your family and friends yet it just makes the experience entirely more frustrating. 100% wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The refund process is equally slow and extremely complex. 2 weeks after receiving the returned product, the company still insists they haven’t received EVEN WITH ALL THE EVIDENCE. No customer service whatsoever. Garbage garbage service and company.

Ordered these as a gift for my wife, and was thoroughly disappointed and returned them. They wouldn’t register touches on the bracelet half the time – maybe they were bad unit, we didn’t want to try another set to find out. They also are not as advertised, you only get a notification stating you received a touch and you have to open the app for it to vibrate, with no obvious settings to change this. In my opinion this kind of defeats the purpose of these. We returned them since they didn’t register touches. The charger is also quite finicky to get it to work, that wasn’t a deal breaker for me though.

I have epilepsy and have multiple seizures a day (not the type of seizures you see in movies).. my fiance got this as essentially a “life alert” device so I can buzz it after I have a seizure. Different patterns of buzzing tells him how bad it is.. a short buzz is a small seizure and I don’t need help, a long press means I’m on the ground and need help, 3 taps is SOS. I highly recommend for anyone with similar issues!

They are very cute, lightweight. Waterproof, but I wouldnt soak it. Scratches very easily so be careful. The picture of it on my wrist is my bracelet after about two weeks of wearing it. They work amazing, I set them up with my boyfriend who lives 18 hours away from me. And they work great.

Finance is away in the military and he uses it faithfully when not on duty. I love seeing and feeling the lights and vibrations letting me know he’s ok and thinking about me. Only thing I suggest is being able to tap meanings in the app and it send automatically because trying to be precise when sending an I love you buzz is hard and rarely works. It’s almost pointless making custom buzzes since it’s nearly impossible to recreate them perfectly. Other than that it’s simple and perfect. The design is great for a man that isn’t into flashy designs like some of the others have. Love the idea of changing the band colors to make it more feminine for the ladies. Great buy for long distance relationships

Great concept. Product has only a quick user’s guide which will get you quickly connected but there’s little information about how to use it. The App is not self explanatory and I recommend that you go to their website for a FAQ section and numerous articles about how to actually use Bond Touch. My partner and I have had this only a short period of time and still trying to figure out how to use it and its features. First criticism is it requires a pretty forceful “tap” to wake it up.

My partner and I got these while we are living apart. I read the reviews and they seemed up and down. I’m here to say they’re absolutely worth it. No problems with any of the features (iPhones) and the battery life is really long actually, several days at least. Charges fast too. It’s a nice comfort to get a little vibration now and then, first thing in the morning or just when he’s thinking of me. I thought it would be silly since we have phones and can text each other but this is a different type of connection. I love it. Sometimes you just wanna reach out without words. Highly recommend.
