You can dilute it even more by rubbing fractionated coconut oil on before you apply the oil blend

Apply topically to pulse points on the neck or inside of wrists to promote relaxation throughout the day. Use as much as needed. To unwind and promote deep sleep, apply to bottoms of the feet before bed. External use only.
